Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Litemint website, games, marketplace, mobile app, and any Litemint product owned and operated by Litemint LLC ("Litemint", "we", "us", or "our") that enables you to access, create, purchase, sell, list, modify, or exchange products and digital assets, collect and use collectible items, or play online games (collectively, the "Service"). By utilizing the Service, you accept these Terms.

Litemint may update these Terms at any time and will notify you of such changes by updating the Last Updated date. Please check this page frequently. By continuing to use the Service after the changes become effective, you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cease use of the Service.

The Service is noncustodial, meaning Crypto Assets (as defined below) are not held on your behalf by us and all transactions are signed by you and executed on the SDEX (as defined below) without us as a party. We do not hold, store, or take custody of any Crypto Assets or private keys.

By using the Service, you agree that you are solely responsible for the secure storage of Crypto Assets and related private keys in your possession. We are not liable for the security or control of any Crypto Assets or keys or any breach of such security.

Transactions initiated through the Service are facilitated by third-party electronic wallets. By using the Service, you agree to be governed by the applicable wallet's terms of service and privacy policy.

The Service is an administrative platform only. Litemint is not a party to any agreement between buyers and Publishers or between any users. Terms of use, licenses, copyrights, and other conditions that apply to your acquisition of Publishers Crypto Assets are governed by separate Publishers Terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and share personal information about you.

Definitions

"Crypto Assets" refers to the native Stellar Lumens or any fractionable, non-fractionable, limited or unlimited supply or unique non-fungible tokens issued on Stellar ("Stellar") or implemented via smart contracts.

"SDEX" refers to the Stellar Native Decentralized Exchange allowing you to transfer, bid, offer, buy, and sell Crypto Assets on the Stellar blockchain.

"Publishers" refers to third-party individuals or organizations who publish Crypto Assets using the SDEX.

"Content" refers to any information, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos, or other material uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

Accessing the Service

You may only participate in SDEX activities by linking your digital wallets on supported bridge extensions. You bear full responsibility for verifying the identity, legitimacy, and authenticity of assets you purchase. Indicators or messages suggesting verification do not represent guarantees.

The Services are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You may access the Service for personal or business use. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from Service data without Litemint permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• use the Service to raise funds for illegal activities or sanctioned organizations;
• create or list illegal content, including content involving minors or hate-based violence;
• use hateful images, slurs, or symbols in usernames or Crypto Assets;
• use your identity on the platform to engage in harassment or hate;
• use profanity or graphic language in content you create;
• circumvent or bypass protections in the Service;
• reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Service;
• publish, copy, rent, lease, or sell the Service;
• enable unauthorized third-party access or use bots/scripts to gain unfair advantage.

Any infringement of the above results in immediate and permanent account ban.

You may upload NSFW Crypto Assets, but they will be flagged and hidden from public areas. Overtly sexual or extreme content leads to permanent bans.

Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet age requirements, are not restricted by law, are not in embargoed regions, are not on OFAC or Denied Persons lists, and have authority to accept Terms if using the Service for an entity. If not, you must discontinue use.

Account Verification

A Verified badge confirms authenticity. We may approve or reject verification at our discretion and may remove the badge at any time.

Publishers Terms

Litemint is not a party to Publishers Terms. You are responsible for your dealings with Publishers and for reviewing their policies. Litemint does not license any intellectual property from Publishers to you.

Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

Send infringement notices to legal@Litemint.com including:

• Contact information;
• Information about the intellectual property;
• Where the infringing material is located (URLs);
• Any supporting files.

Links to Third Party Sites

Linked sites are not under Litemint control and Litemint is not responsible for their content or policies. Links do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

Use of the Service is at your risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Litemint disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Litemint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the past six months.

Assumption of Risk

Crypto Assets are volatile and may lose value. We do not guarantee that purchasers will avoid loss.

Your Rights and Grant of Rights in Content

You own your Content. By posting it, you grant Litemint a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display it for business purposes.

You must have rights to any Content you post. You are responsible for taxes associated with your transactions.

Trademarks

All trademarks and trade dress belong to Litemint LLC. You may not copy or imitate them without written permission.

Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution

Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
